2. Product Information and Compatibility
Velto Motors supplies PMSM motors and related components sourced directly from verified factories. All product specifications listed — including voltage, wattage, torque, RPM, and physical dimensions — are provided in good faith based on manufacturer data.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that any motor or component is compatible with their vehicle, build, controller setup, and intended use before placing an order. Velto Motors does not assume responsibility for incompatibility, installation errors, or damage arising from improper fitment. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact our support team before ordering.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices, availability, and lead times are subject to change without prior notice due to factory cost fluctuations, exchange rates, and inventory availability. The price confirmed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement. We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are subject to verification and fraud screening. Orders flagged for review may require additional identity or payment confirmation before dispatch.
Applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total unless explicitly stated.
4. Order Processing and Lead Times
Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Lead times displayed on product pages are estimates based on current factory production schedules and shipping lane conditions. Velto Motors does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier. From that point, delivery timelines depend on the chosen shipping method and destination customs processing.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders cancelled before production or dispatch will receive a full refund.
Once production has started or inventory has been allocated to your order, cancellation may result in a partial or full non-refund depending on the stage of fulfillment. Custom configurations, special-order motors, or bulk orders are generally non-cancellable once confirmed with the factory.
To request a cancellation, contact support with your order number as early as possible.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy. In general, standard products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Customised or special-order items are non-returnable unless found to be defective on arrival.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a confirmed manufacturing defect or fulfillment error on our part.
7. Warranty
Velto Motors provides a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, subject to proper installation and normal operating use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper wiring, crash impact, water ingress beyond rated protection, or any unauthorised modification.
Warranty claims must be submitted with supporting documentation, which may include diagnostic footage, serial number, and proof of purchase. Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or equivalent credit at Velto Motors' discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velto Motors' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the value of that order. Velto Motors is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to third-party property arising from the use or installation of any product.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product descriptions, images, branding, and copy — is the property of Velto Motors or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes arising from orders placed through Velto Motors shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in the operating jurisdiction of Velto Motors.
